Order Process:

These high-end couture creations are produced on an individual basis by our designer and made by our head of atelier. Once an order has been placed, our team will contact you to submit your measurements and an custom requests such as colour / fabric etc.  We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service for our clients. We will work one-on-one basis with each client, until the delivery of the finished product. The production time is 1 to 2 Months. Rush order requests may be accepted on an individual basis. Custom alterations for this design are possible which may or may not increase the final price – will be decided on an individual basis.

Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped from NEW YORK, UNITED STATES as insured packages with valid tracking number. Shipping costs are included in the final selling price. Made- to-measure orders are made one at a time & tailored uniquely to you, and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that buyers may be subjected to additional tax and import duties for orders outside the United Sates.
