Vendor Biography

Sarah Badeni was founded in the Cotswolds in 2015. After an extensive career in the fashion industry, Sarah wore one of her original designs to Royal Ascot and after receiving so many enquiries about it, made the decision to launch her own fashion label. Inspired by Sarah’s love for Hollywood film and its starlets alongside her love for design and premium quality fabrics, she has forged a brand that creates luxurious, timeless, and conscious clothing that makes any woman feel glamourous. Crafted from pure silk from Lake Como in limited edition prints that are designed In-house, she specialises in bow tie blouses, dresses, and skirts alongside quintessentially British tweed coats. Our 100% cashmere jumpers provide warmth and comfort without compromising on style and are handknitted in Katmandu and all our gorgeous tweeds  come from a factory in Cumbria with the wools from a family run mill in West Yorkshire.

We pride ourselves on being an ethical and sustainable brand that creates clothing that is both unique and wearable. All our clothing is made here in England with local artisan or a small factory in London that we have an excellent relationship with. All our designers and makers take extreme pride in what they do, taking great care and attention to detail in everything they make to ensure we provide our customers with only the best garments.

Sarah Badeni is fundamentally founded in slow fashion. We believe in buying less and buying better! Using only fabrics and designs that will endure and see our customers through countless occasions year after year. Whilst always taking inspiration from modern trends we love to flick back through the archives of Iconic designers such as Dior and Balenciaga, taking inspiration from the past to inform future creations.

Each of our pieces is a true investment and we are constantly re-evaluating our design process and the fabrics we use to consider how we can continue to offer our customers the very best. Our collections are sold both online and in our atelier just off Sloane Square in London and we are always considering new ways to expand and bring our beautiful garments to customers around the globe.
