Description
This one is a very special piece to us, born from the collaboration with the Bali Life Foundation. Named after the bold and daring pioneer Amelia Earhart and produced in limited batches, it has been entirely handcrafted using the macrame technique, by the loving hands of the women working at the workshop run by the Bali Life Foundation. These are women who used to be begging in the streets of Bali and who have found at this workshop an opportunity to earn their living in a dignified way. Because we deeply believe that anyone deserves a second or even a third or fourth chance, especially those who are less fortunate. The bag comes embellished with a hand-made brass handle-top, inspired by the West African bangles. For sure this is a bag with a story to remember
